Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Operations Leader for our Taber, AB Facility

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coaching and development of supervisors on shift as well as development of our hourly technician teams in PepsiCo core values and processes.
  • Support business initiatives and processes through daily involvement and coaching of Resource on shift. Support department Resources personal development.
  • Deliver key metrics for the department
  • Audit communications of shift resources during team meetings to ensure constant direction.
  • Influencing – Brokering interchange between shift and broader needs of the department (horizontal across time of day, vertical across department) all in support of the department.
  • Become a key contributor in departmental project execution
Qualifications:
Primary Qualifications and Skills
  • Leadership capabilities and leading for results through others
  • High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player
  • Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, outlook, excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Flexible to work off shifts and weekends
