What Is an Account Executive?

The Stratus360 Account Executive will work closely with many of our existing clients and prospects to develop and nurture meaningful relationships. You’ll provide value to these relationships by thoroughly understanding their unique company challenges and goals and how they can achieve them through Salesforce-centric solutions and services.

This multifaceted role has the single unified goal of meeting revenue targets across existing Stratus360 clients and net-new client acquisitions. Your days will consist of building meaningful, authentic, and high-value relationships with Salesforce account executives by engaging with them to support sales cycles across accounts ranging from Mid-Market to Enterprise-level. Through these relationships, you will develop your pipeline of net-new opportunities to further grow Stratus360 via new client acquisitions and expansion across our existing account base.

As a Stratus360 Account Executive, you will have access to a wide range of Sales enablement material and resources, including one-on-one Sales coaching with industry-leading experts, account and opportunity planning tools, and a tenured team ready to support your growth and development goals. Your contributions will continue to establish Stratus360 as the go-to-partner and high-value alternative for Service-Centric projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Your time should be divided equally between nurturing existing Stratus360 Accounts/relationships and hunting for net-new client relationships.
  • Contribute to Stratus360’s growth by engaging with existing and prospect organizations to position Salesforce-centric solutions through strategic value-based selling methodology.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and the Salesforce community.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to uncover business opportunities and convey the value CRM can bring to an organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest news and product developments from Salesforce to understand the value proposition of Salesforce products and Stratus360 professional services to satisfy unique customer needs.
  • Use your solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners etc.
  • Develop strategic account planning documents, including opportunity plans for key opportunities
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets via rigorous sales disciplines - pipeline/opportunity management, forecasting and working with a sense of urgency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a Professional Services or SaaS environment
  • Foundational knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com product suites and solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience managing and closing simple to complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of the sales process
  • Experience building rapport and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Expert communication skills with the proven ability to create effective and compelling sales presentations which can present complex materials/concepts in simplified ways
  • Experience managing the overall success of clients and executive stakeholders throughout their implementation journeys and beyond as they interact with Stratus360 resources and services
  • Proven experience/relationship building with Salesforce Account Executives is an asset
