Your Mission:

  • Apply sales techniques derived from Entosystem’s marketing and sales strategy;
  • Organize and follow up customer meetings;
  • Plan tests and ensure their proper execution;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale and ensure proper execution of contracts and orders;
  • Continuously analyze the market to feed the sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with the R&D team;
  • Monitor budget and targets for the fertilizer division;
  • Identify relevant trade shows and ensure the company’s participation in them;
  • Manage complaints and non-conformities with the help of the quality assurance department.

Your Skills:

  • Active listening and a customer-centric approach;
  • Have a temperament that favors teamwork;
  • Versatility to adapt to different types of agricultural crops.

Training/Knowledge:

  • Experience and training in both sales and agriculture (an asset);
  • Comfortable using a customer relationship management tool (Hubspot or similar) and an ERP (M3 or similar);
  • Job based in Ontario with travels to Quebec a few times a year;
  • Bilingual in English and French.
