Your Mission:
- Apply sales techniques derived from Entosystem’s marketing and sales strategy;
- Organize and follow up customer meetings;
- Plan tests and ensure their proper execution;
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale and ensure proper execution of contracts and orders;
- Continuously analyze the market to feed the sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with the R&D team;
- Monitor budget and targets for the fertilizer division;
- Identify relevant trade shows and ensure the company’s participation in them;
- Manage complaints and non-conformities with the help of the quality assurance department.
- Active listening and a customer-centric approach;
- Have a temperament that favors teamwork;
- Versatility to adapt to different types of agricultural crops.
- Experience and training in both sales and agriculture (an asset);
- Comfortable using a customer relationship management tool (Hubspot or similar) and an ERP (M3 or similar);
- Job based in Ontario with travels to Quebec a few times a year;
- Bilingual in English and French.
Training/Knowledge:
