WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is growing and looking for a top performing On The ROAD Sales Consultant to take their sales professionalism to the next level.

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is becoming a household name in the painting industry and we paint houses in “1” DAY. This service is attracting unlimited clientele and we are looking for YOUR talent.

Are you a professional goal oriented individual with a proven sales record of achieving and exceeding sales expectations, with close on the spot experience. The right candidate is polished with strong, with effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, Success in this role requires a self starter that is strategic, compassionate, and a positive influencer. Not afraid of hard work or ask for the sale on site.
Our salespeople are money motivated while caring about client success.

Compensation:
12 Week Base during training.
Followed by UNCAPPED commissions, and bonus structure.

Vehicle allowance and or a sales vehicle will be provided as well as the tools you need to produce proposals quickly,

Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 40 hours week. Must be available weekdays, including 2 evenings per week and 2 weekends per month.

Qualifications:
Minimal 2 years of sales experience with 1 year minimum at the same company that includes phone or in person sales
Thrives working in a sales oriented environment
Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure
Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures
Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Salesperson includes, but are not limited to:
Outside estimating of leads provided through the CRM
Self lead generation
Dedication to 1 call close process
Take part in marketing initiatives fo grow business (Trade Shows, BNI etc)
Follow up on estimates provided and not sold on site.
Meeting sales targets and Gross Profit Margins
