Not only do we drive data that empowers insights and decision-making, but we also enable these teams through operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

Job Summary

The Sales Operations Business Process Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the Sales process, including documentation, improvement, training and automation. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into actionable steps.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the worldwide sales team and other functional groups to understand and document existing sales processes, including regional differences.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement process improvements
  • Own the entire sales training strategy, including
    • identify training needs
    • develop training material
    • identify best method of delivering training based on content and audience
    • conduct employee training
  • Work with other members of the sales operations team and IT team to automate sales processes.
  • Monitor sales activity to ensure process adherence
Minimum Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5+ years experience in Inside Sales Management and/or Sales Operations
  • Understanding of quote to cash processes
  • Experience documenting and improving sales processes
  • Experience creating and delivering training, including training videos
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP systems
  • Self starter
