AG Direct , a member of the HUB Family, is a crop hail insurance company serving producers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

We are looking for a Full Time Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Sell hail insurance policies across all Prairie provinces.

Prepare quotations for coverage with appropriate customer follow up.

Answer customer queries (phone and email).

Provide after hour call support as required.

Be well versed on coverage options, deductibles, per acre limits and provincial crop surcharges.

Assist Claims Coordinator in distribution and logistics of claims (travel, accommodation)

Communication with claimants on claim status

Prepare and track loss notifications.

Off-season customer service

Off-season website updates, edits and testing .

Plan, coordinate tradeshow participation.

Attend tradeshows as required. (6 planned)

Required: A valid crop hail agent license in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: High school or equivalent
