· Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Drexel is looking for a RMA Associate to join our team.

What you do in this role:

  • Approve, enter, track, process and validate customer returns,
  • Maintain & organize all necessary paperwork,
  • Sort & count returned product,
  • Verify that return contents match original authorization,
  • Confirm condition & determine disposition of returned product,
  • Test products,
  • Package products,
  • Process all returns within our WMS system in 24 hours,
  • Assist in counting and consolidating defective product to be sent back to vendors,
  • provide detailed reporting for customer and vendors as needed,
  • Validate credit dollar amounts,
  • Assist in other departments as needed,
  • Other duties assigned.

What you need to be successful:

  • Standing for 8+ hours a day,
  • Must be able to effectively and efficiently count products,
  • Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs,
  • Proper PPE: Steel toed shoes.

Successful candidates will need to successfully complete the following clearances

· Criminal history check

· Reference check

·Education Verification

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • RMA: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift License (preferred)
