Job Brief

Join our team as Remote Administrative Data Entry Clerks, where you’ll work remotely to input data into our online systems and manage social media platforms. This role is entirely remote, eliminating the need for physical office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into various computer systems.
  • Type in data provided directly from various sources.
  • Updating and maintaining database information
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Communicating with other departments to gather information
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
