Unit 32 is an acute medical unit where holistic palliative care, patient/family support and education, bereavement counseling, and Oncology related Nursing care feature predominately. You will work effectively within an inter-disciplinary team to provide family focused Nursing care. This environment is suitable for candidates who have leadership experience and current experiences with palliative care and Oncology. To excel in this role, you will need good communication skills and the ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships. You must be able to work in a collaborative care setting. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).Additional Required Qualifications:Basic computer skills . Basic computer experience with Meditech, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Connect Care? 1 year experience within the last 5 years Oncology/Palliative care experience. Competence in relevant technical Nursing skills and a willingness to learn new skills as required.Preferred Qualifications:As required.
