The Sales Recruiter - GTM, Sales Customer Success, works closely with HR/People and leadership teams to provide a world class talent acquisition initiative at Auth0. The primary focus of this role, but not limited to, will be hiring sales professionals for our growing global Customer Success/ Sales team. Daily, your recruitment will be concentrated on sourcing and attracting Sales candidates with unique skill sets but, more importantly, people who live Auth0’s values. Location: This role is US Remote Friendly

Level: Mid level 2-5 yrs full life cycle

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle Sales recruiting within a Tech/SW company : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to business stakeholders in helping define the hiring needs of the business, setting realistic hiring goals, and attracting top level talent to the Auth0.
  • Play an active role in continuously finding new ways to improve, refine, and initiate recruitment processes for a better end-to-end Candidate.

Your Experience Should Include

  • Experience sourcing and hiring for Sales and/or Customer Success teams Sales Enterprise, Sales Commercial, Federal, Sales, Sales Engineers: Pre and Post Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers
  • Proven track record in hiring in a mid-sized global Technology/Software ideal a SaaS company
  • Able to show examples of being a Trusted Advisor to business stakeholders in helping define the needs of the business, setting realistic hiring goals, and attracting top-level talent to the Auth0.
  • Able to work well independently in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
