Job responsibilities
• Maintains timetable for routine archiving.
• Identifies and collects study-related files to be archived.
• Maintains documentation for tracking of archived data.
• Manages activities for disseminating documents to authorized employees, clients and regulatory bodies.
• Manages the internal archiving process and the external shipment of archived documents.
• Coordinates the return and/or disposal of records.
• Participates in RIM-related training events as needed
• Begins to build relationships with key business partners
• Performs other duties as assigned by Associate Director, RIM.

Qualifications


What we’re looking for

• High school diploma; or equivalent education and experience. Some experience providing specialized administrative support.
• Experience in RIM or related field such as Library Science, preferably in life sciences industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships.
• Working knowledge of electronic document management systems, databases, and other Information Technology systems is preferred.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
