We are looking for :

• exceptional customer service, telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
• self-motivated with a pleasant, outgoing personality

Tasks include:

• greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering customer inquiries via telephone or email
• ability to use / learn Milano Salon software
• pricing inventory
• monitor and record staff hours
• processing transactions and balancing cash float
• some social media experience is advantageous

Hours:

• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 8:45am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday 1:00pm - 8:00pm
• Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm

All customers and staff are required to wear masks.
Sign in and sanitation station at front door.
Sanitizing of work areas and washroom after each client use.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
• point of sale: 1 year (preferred)
