Nolan Persaud is a dynamic and established law firm servicing the Durham Region in the areas of family, real estate and wills and estates law.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full-time senior real estate clerk position . You would be supporting Ted Groves a well-known and well-established real estate clerk in Durham Region. This role requires excellent organizational skills and effective time management. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will hold a diploma from an accredited law clerk program or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential real estate transactions.

Proficiency in the following programs would be ideal but not a requirement:

Teraview

Closer

Leap

Surefund

Outlook

Microsoft Word

Daily responsibilities will include new client intake, file management and on-going client communication. The successful candidate must be able to handle residential real estate purchases, sales and refinances from start to finish.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
