Responsibilities:
Coordinate real estate and land work processes within the region.
Proactively advise the management team on real estate matters and potential bottlenecks.
Contribute to the development and implementation of regional real estate work processes.
Troubleshoot and find solutions to issues that arise during the work processes.
Recognize and flag complex or administratively sensitive real estate files that require management attention.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in real estate coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate and land management processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
