WONDERING WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Your role will require you to bring a high standard of planning and coordination to your daily work. These responsibilities will be in your domain.

  • Planning and booking travel and associated administrative tasks including Calendar invites and sending receipts to Accounts Payable
  • Providing support to employees regarding travel changes, cancellations, and issues
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering office supplies as required
  • Supporting expense and payment processing
  • Assisting the Corporate Department with Administrative and Infrastructure tasks as necessary
  • Organizing shipping, couriers and other logistics as required
  • Entering data to accounting software

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Post-secondary diploma in accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 + years of experience in an accounting and/or administrative role
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Experience booking travel and with Sage Accounting Software is an asset
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, and strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent performance is required
