About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Provincial Stockpile Manager, the team lead assists with the coordination of the daily operations of supply chain including:


  • Helps on providing guidance and encouraging stores clerk to build connections and boost collaboration
  • Maintains and promotes health and safety standards and procedures according to the organization’s guidelines.
  • Provides regular inventory tracking / receiving good processes / cycle counts planning / Layout storage identification / picking order
  • Contributes with inventory utilization and waste reduction
  • Organizes scheduling & prioritizing workloads of stores clerk
  • Acts as a point of contact for external parties, clinics and supply chain staff by addressing customer service issues in support of healthcare / government agencies throughout the e-commerce platform.
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining stores equipment e.g. electric pallet jack, manual pallet jacks, carts etc

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:


  • Grade XII required
  • Two (2) years related experience required
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification
  • One (1) year logistical program an asset
  • Computer Skills (ex. MS Office, SAP, Tecsys etc.), organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • One year of previous related experience preferred
  • Certificate for use of electric pallet jacks required
  • Certificate in the use of fork lift operation required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to delegate tasks to improve productivity
  • Experience in Customer Service Ability to deal with customers and help resolve work related issues via email, phone, teams
  • Mentorship to team members
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

  • Permanent Full-Time (100%) Position, 70 Hours Bi-Weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$21.30- $24.12 Hourly


Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
