About The Role

Your Mission

• Be part of a high level multidisciplinary production support team.
• Solve complex problems and challenges.
• Support the various rating teams.
• Coordinate tasks between different team members
• Integrate an efficient work environment that encourages autonomy and contributes to creating a warm and friendly work atmosphere
  

This Means You Will

• Plan and support production releases.
• Coordinate the response to support requests.
• Be responsible for developing and implementing fixes to reported complex issues.
• Participate in technology monitoring and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resiliency and sustainability.
• Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.
• Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure high quality of work delivered.
• Enhance the productivity of the development team
• Develop appropriate tactics to achieve objectives
• Support and be proactively involved in problematic situations or issues
• Act as a tech lead for team members
  

Qualifications

• Diploma equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, or at least 15 years of significant development experience
• Excellent knowledge of SOAP and REST
• Excellent knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Micro-Services
• Excellent knowledge of continuous integration with Jenkins, Maven as well as GitHUB, Bitbucket, docker, OpenShift
• Excellent knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL, etc.
• Concrete experience in coordinating and planning development tasks
• Leadership and ability to communicate ideas positively with different teams
• Resourcefulness, team spirit, curiosity, communication, educator, attention to detail and thoroughness
• Analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced agile development environment
• Bilingual – good English and French skills, written and spoken
