• Receiving customer email and phone requests, create customer work orders and assigning job to the appropriate technician based off skill set, determine priority and geographical locations.
• Updating and maintaining the dispatch board, monitoring job progress, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring technicians are completing their job statuses.
• Ordering materials based off technician’s recommendations, coordinating with suppliers and material tracking.
• Applying for permits applications, submitting inspections and hot work permits.
• Generating, maintaining, and coordinating monthly Preventative Maintenance contracts.
• Review and complete job statuses for billing.
• Entering and scheduling back-flow testing.
• Maintaining technician certificates and expiry dates, scheduling equipment and fleet repairs.
• Work closely with subcontractors and equipment rentals.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide general assistance and support to the Building Service Manager.
  

• 3+ Years in a similar role.
• Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
• Positive and patient attitude.
• Work under pressure and high stress situations.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Etc.)
• Solid phone etiquette.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Interest and willingness to learn about the Mechanical Trade.
