Overview:
As a Service Delivery Manager within the Digital Workplace and Service Management department, you are responsible for the ownership of assigned digital workplace products (e.g., technology, platform or service), including maximizing employee awareness, adoption and satisfaction. You will ensure that there is a shared understanding among stakeholders and teams of the long-term product vision and alignment of the vision to program and corporate objectives and value management goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate the long-term, strategic product vision and roadmap in conjunction with the Director, DW&SM.
  • Engage, influence and inspire key stakeholders, business partners and solution teams to drive collaboration and alignment of program vision.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and indirect leadership to Product teams, such as offering feedback and recommendations to best achieve desired results, removing roadblocks and addressing conflicts that may impact deliverables.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and program objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings and communication regularly between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the highest value work is top priority in the backlog.
  • Collect, analyze and generate business insights from data and customer and business user feedback to define requirements, features and end products.
  • Gather and translate customer business needs and opportunities into user stories and acceptance criteria to enable the development of finished deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • SAFe POPM (Product Manager/Product Owner) certification an asset.
  • Intermediate-level ITIL Foundation certification is an asset.
  • Seven years of related experience, including an in-depth knowledge of business model, products and key stakeholders for line of business.
  • Experience in product strategy/vision/roadmaps in a Lean-Agile environment an asset.
  • Experience collaborating with or managing complex cross-departmental teams in a Lean-Agile environment an asset.
  • Advance communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
