They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growth.

Scope:

1. Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the company.

2. Consult HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leads on recruiting trends.; Keep updated with new technology and recruitment trends, leveraging social media and client’s talent acquisition systems

3. Coordinate interview schedule, background checks, and onboarding.

4. Partner with HRBP on compensation recommendations.

Requirements

1. Over 5 years of recruiting experience.

2. In-house recruitment experience

3. Agency recruitment experience

4. Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn

5. Similar industry experience
