We are looking for a Senior Insurance Representative Level 3 to support the 4th Street and Comox Insurance Agencies, so if you’re passionate about building relationships and providing sound advice with tailored insurance solutions to meet our clients needs we would like to hear from you!

What’s the role?

As a Senior Insurance Representative Level 3you can support Coastal Community’s vision by developing valuable long-term relationships with clients. This would include pro-actively determining and filling their insurance needs and providing them sound advice with high quality, tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. In this role you will have the freedom to act, and although must refer non-routine decisions to others, will work under limited supervision rather than direct supervision.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years’ experience in the insurance industry
• Strong working knowledge of personal, Autoplan, and commercial insurance services where required
• Successful completion of CAIB or CIP Designation
• Advanced knowledge of all Coastal Community products and services
• Advanced knowledge of all Coastal Community policies, procedures and applicable legislation
• Advanced knowledge of the Epic System
• Actively pursuing insurance knowledge and/or other related education

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with

• Proficient with the Windows suite of programs
• Ability to utilize sound judgement in developing recommendations/decisions
• Ability to build client relationships resulting in expanded share of wallet
• Ability to multitask while providing quality service
