Security Officer- Site Supervisor, Moncton, NB

Hours:Full-time hours, 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay:$17.88 per hour

Requirements: Bilingual (French/English)

THE ROLE

The Site Supervisor is responsible for team management and operations at a facility in Moncton, NB.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The overall management of Security staff working at the facility
• Ensuring compliance with Post Orders and Division Policies and Procedures
• Maintenance and compilation of shift schedules; submission of time sheets
  
• Working with Client representative to ensure contract requirements are met
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Essential: ability to communicate effectively in both official languages (French/English)
• Demonstrated team leadership experience
  
• Strong de-escalation skills and ability to react appropriately in shifting circumstances
• A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
• Strong technology skills
