Responsibilities include:

-greet and welcome guests in friendly and professional manner

-answering phones/emails and booking guests in online booking system

-assisting with keeping salon clean and stylists organized

-creating and submitting product orders

Must be able to multitask and prioritize guests experience. You are the first impression our guests receive so a welcoming energy with stylish appearance is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22-35 per week

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Courtenay, BC V9N 1G8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
