About This Opportunity

As a Route Process Administrator, you will perform pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard procedures, including driver over/short and post-delivery claim research and resolution. Hours are ideally Monday to Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Driver Over and Short and post-delivery claim research and resolution (cash and product/load)
  • Handles CST Product Shortage tickets and other sales team product shortage claims
  • Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
  • Send messages to Business Services North America (BSNA) route accounting department regarding settlement issues
  • Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.); calls out missing PODs and sends continuous follow up reminders until collected and maintain Missing / Case Variance POD Log
  • Perform cashiering duties, including reconciling Moneris mobile payments
  • Receive and verify full-service bag count.
  • Count full-service cash and finalize handheld
  • Prepare driver paperwork for Imaging to ONbase
  • Maintain driver compliance logs as required (DOT, DVR, etc.)
  • Maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit log
  • Ability to perform RPA pre/post settlement checklists in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Required to deposit cheques in Vecmar cheque scanner
  • Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
  • Prepare FS deposit for pick up by armored car service
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot handheld issues impacting settlement
  • Ability to fill in multiple roles for vacation relief
  • Verbal and written communication and coordination with Sales, Inventory and Distribution team to resolve various issues.

Qualifications
  • Basic accounting knowledge/experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written, required
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong analytical skills / highly organized
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work other shifts.
