You have the ability to work in a private space where confidential client and/or employee information is not visible or audible to anyone other than the employee and you must have access to reliable and secure internet connection.What is the opportunity?Within RBC’s Personal & Commercial Canadian Banking Operations (CBO), the Operations Centres are delivering best in class service within all lines of businesses including the Business Lending, Personal Lending, Specialized Services, and Transaction Services. Our overarching goal, through employee engagement, is to meet client commitments, improve productivity, and create a superior client experience. The Operations Centres are a great foundation for understanding banking and can be a spring-board to other opportunities elsewhere in CBO and RBC.You will be placed in one of the above groups.You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience through the completion of complex client transactions within one or more RBC product or service line(s). You will utilize various systems while ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing requests.What will you do?- Support complex client and internally originated requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Deliver excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better
- Continuous pro-active and agile approach to adapt to change, to process work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitment timelines
- Exercise due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Take ownership and accountability of complex client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source, refers to manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution
- Ability to grasp information quickly with high attention to detail- Aptitude for a multi-faceted and complex environment, able to adapt quickly
- Adaptable with high business agility and willing to pivot and learn new things
- Knowledge of RBC Personal and/or Business products and procedures
- Proven Information Gathering and Investigation experience
- Problem solving, process knowledge, attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Flexibility to work within the Centre hours of business
- Experience setting stretch goals, not satisfied with the status quo
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Good working knowledge of RBC systems and processes Casper, Linx, Service Platform, CART, Application Launchpad, Iris, On-Demand, Origenate etc.)

Vous serez chargé de traiter les opérations des clients pour une ou plusieurs gammes de produits ou services RBC. Vous utilisez divers systèmes en veillant à la qualité et à l’exactitude du travail (demandes entrantes et sortantes).
