Job Summary

We are looking to rent space to a Registered Massage Therapist.

We have a two newly renovated offices located in a busy Chiropractic office. One is measured at 9 ft x 8.5ft and the other is 9 ft x 9.3 ft. The price for one room is $800 plus tax. We can have the room fully furnished with a desk, massage table and linens. If you would like to rent out the room fully furnished it is an extra $100 a month totalling to $900 plus tax per month.

The rental also includes internet, parking and storage for supplies. Reception can be included at an increased cost.

Does not include laundry, massage oils, acupuncture needles, cupping supplies, business cards, website etc. There is access to two washrooms, kitchenette, storage and parking. Located on a busy street with lots of foot traffic.
