We are looking for a dynamic Dental Hygienist to join ot team for a full-time maternity leave contract. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday - hours are negotiable and flexible! We offer extended heath and dental benefits and continuing education opportunities through our learning institute. Experience is considered an asset but new grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, etc.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counseling
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior

Requirements:

• BCCOHP registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Valid CPR Certification
• Effective communication with team members, patients, and families
• Organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining high-quality patient care
• Experience with dental management software; Tracker is preferred
