Choose the path of impact. Join us in creating a positive legacy.Our Moncton, NB office is looking for a part-time receptionist (25 hours per week, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm). If you are an energetic individual who thrives on organization and helping others, we want to hear from you!Your Contribution
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries;
  • Distribute mail;
  • Purolator / courier shipments;
  • Direct and problem solve inquiries from staff;
  • Booking travel;
  • Purchasing promotional items for trade shows/conferences;
  • Building support – maintenance, clean up/organization and maintaining vendor lists;
  • Social event coordination and errands for office;
  • PO creation / closing for office and Health & Safety purchases;
  • Assisting with maintaining our Corporate brand templates – formatting as required;
  • Supporting our local HR representative with local onboarding;
  • Maintaining internal spreadsheets including – staff lists, cell phone lists etc.;
  • Paper filing maintenance and organizing our controlled document bookshelves;
  • Printing/Binding as required.
Your Profile
  • Diploma in Office Administration considered is an asset;
  • Bilingual capabilities considered an asset;
  • Driver’s license required to do local office errands as required;
  • Minimum of 2-years’ experience in an front desk role in an office environment required;
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a Consulting, Engineering, or Science firm would be an asset;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office program features specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Positive demeanour with interest supporting individuals and teams;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to implement and maintain systems of organization;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize; multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
