Job Title: Receptionist


Job Status: Full-Time


Job Location: FFUN Motor Sports Saskatoon


Job Summary: The Receptionist is a talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions and with diverse responsibilities that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: upbeat and even-tempered, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible and resilient, teachable and growing, confident and outgoing.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
  • Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in person.
  • Order supplies for customer area as well as office supplies.
  • Maintain customer area – ensure neat, tidy and stocked with coffee items.
  • Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support.
  • Complete website updates and maintain data bases.
  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
  • Reports units on lot.
  • Ensure all inventory is on the website and that sold units have been removed.
  • Ensure all costs related to a specific vehicle are accounted for.
  • Process purchasing orders as required.
  • Ensure all open PO’s are current and followed up on.
  • Provide administrative support for Product Specialists and other dealership personnel as assigned.
  • Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Outstanding over the phone and in person customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Motivation to find solutions and make decisions.
  • The ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Promote and support a team model of doing business
  • Superior skills with Microsoft software, Excel in particular
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
  • Independence
