About The OpportunityWe’re proud to be partnered again with a good client of ours and a growing General Contractor who specializes in new build construction management project with budgets of $15M+.With a long history of delivering projects in both Quebec and Ontario, including their own landbank, this GC now have their sights set on establishing a new GTA office north of the 407 to act as their base of operations for planned growth in the region.They have a pipeline of future projects and are seeking an experienced project manager who will be a key member of their company expansion plan in the surrounding area. This is a unique opportunity to join an established and ambitious team to help navigate an exciting growth phase likely to lead to more senior opportunities in the future.Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the preparation, planning, direction, documentation and completion of commercial construction projects to the satisfaction of the project team and the client
• Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted results
• Meeting and improving project deadlines
• Implementing and executing the Project Management Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Management Plan and Site plan
• Ensuring overall client satisfaction
• Proper and efficient project administration
• Estimating when required

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years’ Commercial Construction Project Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of construction methods, scheduling and plans reading
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
