• Hiring a production supervisor in Richmond BC. This individual must have prior supervisory experience in manufacturing with experience in electronics and lean manufacturing.
• Job duties: * reporting to production manager
• ensuring team meets production goals by planning and executing specific goals * admin duties
• overseas all aspects of electronic manufacturing across a variety of skillsets Qualifications: * supervisor experience in an electronics environment (3-5 years)
• ERP experience
• comfortable using a variety of computer applications * lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge and/or schooling * coaching hourly employees
• support with hiring and conducting interviews Additional skills:
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline * engineering experience - doesn’t need to be Canadian Schedule & Wage
• AM shift
• Wage TBD based off experience skills
