Description

Syneos Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our Biosimilars Sales Team reporting to the District Sales Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s brand image, engage with target audiences, and increase brand awareness. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, key account management, entrepreneurship, and strong territory management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales objectives and revenue targets for the designated territory.
  • Manage external call points, including oncologists, hospitals, retail pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and seek competitive market intelligence to maximize growth potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Basic CCPE course completion is required
  • Experience managing a geographic territory, planning, and maintaining a call cycle required
  • Experience in buy and bill, oncology, or immunology highly preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience is required, biosimilar selling experience is preferred
  • Business travel dependent on location of customers and territory size; occasional evening and weekend work required
