How you will make a difference

• Manage the quoting process for Avidbots:
• Maintain the accuracy of the data in Avidbots CPQ system
• Conduct training and troubleshooting for quotes with sales reps
• Engage cross-functional teams (finance, manufacturing, product) to maintain and make changes to our quoting process
• Contribute to improving the quote to cash process
• Review and approve quotes and assist cross-functional teams to convert quotes to sales orders
• Provide the sales team with data reports and assist with maintenance of the remainder of the GTM tech stack.
  
  

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Order Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations organization. The primary focus of this position will be to help the sales team with quoting and to ensure completed quotes are correctly set up in our CRM and ERP system. This role will also be responsible for contributing to improvements in the quote-to-cash process, in partnership with manufacturing, finance, IT, and product. The right person for this job has a team player approach, attention to detail, excels at problem solving through critical analysis, and is challenged by process review and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience working in Finance/Accounting, Order Processing or a correlated role
• Hands-on working experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience
• Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Key Skills

• A 3-year diploma / bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
• Hands on working experience with SalesForce and/or Epicor
• Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Quote to Cash life cycle
• Ability to work without supervision in a fast-paced high-tech environment
