Job Overview:

Dizolve Group is a manufacturer of laundry detergent and hard surface disinfectants located in Moncton, NB. Our products are distributed internationally and have gained recognition as quality, eco-friendly alternatives to liquid cleaners. To support our rapid expansion and planned upgrades to our technology, we are currently recruiting an Operations Manager.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager oversees all activities related to the manufacture and packaging of products in compliance with our company mission and objectives; in line with our values, he/she maintains safe and GMP compliant facilities while fostering a well-trained and motivated work force.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the manufacturing, on all shifts, of products as per the production schedule with the goal of meeting cost standards and quality specifications.

· Provides overall direction of the manufacturing and maintenance teams. Live and support the Dizolve values through actions and decisions.

· Oversee the operator training process as it relates to operator competencies, health and safety and standard operating procedures.

· Support a safety minded culture; actively participates in JHSC.

· Maintain plant KPIs and operational statistics. Perform regular audits to ensure facility compliance with the established programs and regulations.

· Liaise with other departments in the management of common objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Successful applicants will possess:

· A Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering; or a related field of study.

· Demonstrated supervision experience within a manufacturing environment.

· Sound knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
