We are growing again and looking to add a new member to our team with our Sister Company Enerliv. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years full cycle bookkeeping experience/and or an accounting certificate or degree and is familiar with Sage/Quick Books or another accounting software.
This is a fast paced role with changing priorities, and the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism is necessary. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and must be flexible to work with changing priorities and variable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- All monthly invoicing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or bookkeeping certificate
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software’s (Sage/Quickbooks)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail oriented
The candidate must be comfortable communicating (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts. Other duties as assigned from time to time as are consistent with a small team within the office.
