Requirements

Mortgage underwriting experience with an Alt-A / B Lender - OR Mortgage Officer experience with an Alt-A / B Lender

Responsibilities

underwrite and resolve challenging scenarios

communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner

work with internal agents, clients, lenders, and lawyers to satisfy outstanding conditions

ensure all documents are compliant with FSCO guidelines

Qualities

strong communication skills over the phone and in writing

ability to learn a proven sales method
