• Are an automotive service professional with previous management experience in the automotive and or tire industries.
• Will be working in a Fountain Tire store location; working closely with the Store Manager and the Operations team to prepare for a leadership position within a Fountain Tire store location (Rural/Urban).
• Thrive in a team based environment where you lead an engaged and dedicated team
• Have a passion for, and proven experience in, delivering an exceptional customer service experience
• Continually set goals for yourself and others to ensure professional success

• Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Mechanical Service Manager in a retail / commercial environment (Tires / Automotive)
• The flexibility to travel and/or relocate across Manitoba for training or management opportunities
• Sound knowledge of effective operational procedures in a related industry
• Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demands.
• Proven track record in initiating sales opportunities and growing market share.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve results.
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
• The ability to attract, motivate, and retain staff
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to the Fountain Tire Program (DRIVE)
• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The willingness to commit for a minimum of 5 years to this position
