Replenishment Produce team.

Job Description

In this role you will support buyers for respective categories :

Financial:

• Accountable to minimize freight cost
• Maximize the load cubic
• Manage X-dock load

Load management:

• Identify and develop opportunities for inbound freight revenue generation
• Build load
• Base on loading region
• Optimize number of stops and temperature specification
• Schedule load
• Maintain supplier loading schedule

After hour support:

• Supplier load issues
• Custom brokage issues
• Regional support

Reporting:

• Accountable for tracking KPI: Creation and maintenance of reports
• Root-cause issue analysis
• On time delivery
• Loading issues

Personal Development

• Engage and maintain interest in personal growth and/or career development
• Collaboration with transport team to secure load
• Collaborate with buying and RSC team, communicate failed load
• Collaborate with quality control team , to conduct priority inspections base on field inspection reports

Job Requirements

• An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of principles of freight management and load building
• Extensive knowledge of Excel (intermediate)
• Produce or Grocery experience (as applicable)
