Talius is seeking a lead hand installer at our Coquitlam office. This role is excellent for an experienced tradesperson who has production experience to work directly on our production floor. Talius will provide tools and training to support your professional success. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Manage sequence of work, crew, and subcontractors
• Able to determine layout and installation procedures from work orders and drawings
• Professional knowledge and use of in-shop / on-site tools and equipment
• Load and unload truck with supplies and equipment
• Assemble and install various products
• Must have Fall Protection and Lift certification
• Able to follow safety protocols including the use of appropriate PPE
• First aid and WHMIS training are assets
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence is required (clean Driver’s Abstract)
• Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English)
• Must be a team player and be able to work with others as well as independently
• Professionalism and strong customer service
• A background check will be required

SALARY

• Hourly rate ($30.00-$40.00/ hour) dependent on experience
• Plus commission per The Louis Program

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent, safely, and successfully with productivity standards
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, twist and lift equipment and tools throughout an 8-hour shift
