Job type: Junior Graphic Designer

Shift & schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30-5pm)

Office located in Richmond Hill, creating graphic and POP for local and global clients. We are a small and highly collaborative team, looking to add a junior graphic designer to our team. You are team-oriented, versatile, collaborative, and eager to take on the different challenges that come with working for an energetic start-up.

The Role:
In this role your job will be to work with our designers to create and manipulate graphic files and work with our print production team.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that all graphic elements strictly adhere to the client’s guidelines for production.
• Working alongside the other graphic designers to create, design, and execute the graphic elements needed for our physical marketing channels – these include in-store collateral and brochures, concession menus, to name a few.
• Retouching and editing images
• Creating inspirational mock-ups.
• Staying on top of current design trends, both digitally and physically (eg packaging, social media, website etc)
• Assisting with print production which includes getting samples, file prep, mock-ups, and working with suppliers to take the project from start to finish.
• Creating beautiful and internal documents and presentation decks.

About You:

• College Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline
• Expert level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• High level knowledge of current best-in-practice email standards, website design, digital marketing, packaging, and social media
• Experience building and executing effective marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
