Overview:
We are looking for an associate to provide first-line technical support for issues/resolution for hardware, diagnosis of any LAN, WAN, WLAN connection for payment devices, printer hardware, rf scanners, mobile tablets, desktop software, cloud applications such as O365 as well as installation of aforementioned. Your role will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, remote connection, and email.

We are looking for an associate to provide first-line technical support for issues/resolution for hardware, diagnosis of any LAN, WAN, WLAN connection for payment devices, printer hardware, rf scanners, mobile tablets, desktop software, cloud applications such as O365 as well as installation of aforementioned. Your role will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, remote connection, and email.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide IT support to end-user on a variety of issues
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Create and assign tickets
- Provide Tier 1 IT Helpdesk support using our service management desk/help-desk ticketing system to log, track, ad provide support for incidents and issues.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - a positive attitude and sense of teamwork is a must!
- Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills - Keep commitments, execute objectives and maintain relationships with end-users.
- Exceptional communication skills - professional communication skills and telephone manners is a must.
- Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to accurately and consistently understand and execute company procedures and policies
- Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Additional IT knowledge and experience beneficial
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
