Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to evaluate insurance claims and determine coverage.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of claim files, including large clients and complex cases.
• Negotiate claim settlements and manage denials when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claims.
• Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance claims adjustment
• Must obtain and retain the required adjuster license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional computer skills. Ability to navigate various systems, proficient in MS Office
• Desire to learn and excel in a diverse and interesting field.

Asset:

• CIP, FCIP, or bachelor’s degree
• Construction background
