Heavy Truck Mechanic

• 310T Truck License (preferred). Will consider 5 years of truck experience without certification.
• Experience working on general construction equipment is an asset.
• Drivers License Class "G" or better.
• Be knowledgeable about gasoline engines and vehicles.
• Be knowledgeable on diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance (semi-annual inspections).
• General truck, trailer, equipment repairs.

• Recognize and follow occupational hazards and standard safety precautions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to work efficiently with little supervision.

• The Mechanic will report to the Chief Mechanic.
• Day shift position.
