Currently we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Project Manager in the GTA.

This is NOT IT- Project Management role

This role needs to

1. Understand the GMP and industry best practices in Pharma, Biopharma, QC lab, F&B. Individuals with no experience in these industries will not be considered.

2. Engineering background

This on-site position.

Travelling in GTA, out of GTA and across Canada is required

Responsibilities:

• Management and control of project schedule, cost, communication, risk analysis
• Prepare and submit funding requests related to the project
• Support integrated project execution plan and resources plan
• Support project delivery objectives - on time, budget and quality, taking into account risks and working closely with Workstream Leads
• Anticipate deviation, alert (e.g workstream leaders) and propose action plan
• Forecast creation with Workstream Leads: Cost, Schedule, Risk.
• Document the project’s critical path and mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering
• PMP (preferred) + 5 years experience; demonstrated PM skills (schedule, cost, risks, governance) in a pharma, biopharma, lab, F&B (regulated environment)
• Expertise in Agile project management / lean project management / Scrum
• Outstanding organization and communications skills including presentation skills, Project coordination/Cross functional team integration
