Maxum Crane Rentals Ltd. was formed in 1999 as a collaboration between Ivan Hamm, with D & D Crane Rentals Ltd. and Glenn Sorensen with Sorensen Crane Rentals Ltd. Together they put their many years of experience into a hands-on lifting service second to none. Every call that comes in to Maxum is important with no job being too big or too small. Our customer base includes many large chemical plants and businesses, as well as smaller independent shops that require the best personalized service in southwestern B.C. Job Description:

The Dispatcher is responsible for the management of the assigned customer account and is a key member of the Customer Service Team. The role is to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining effective communication with our assigned customers. The Dispatcher will be responsible for the timely resolution of customer issues and concerns, while ensuring that our assigned customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of customer orders to meet established shipping goals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in Transportation Industry a plus. Must be willing & able to work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed by demand.
