We are looking to add an ENERGETIC digital marketing coordinator with some graphic design experience to our team! This team player will be responsible for assisting in brainstorming, developing and executing digital marketing strategies & plans for multiple clients of all professions from start to finish. Designing graphics, managing social media accounts, managing & optimizing digital media campaigns, assisting in website projects, designing graphics for promotional products & trade show booths as well as taking a pro-active, supporting role in any other marketing initiatives / project that might come up. We are looking for a true team player who is passionate about marketing, social media, advertising & graphic design to help our clients’ businesses grow & prosper while maximizing their advertising budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Creating exciting and eye-catching marketing content for use across all marketing channels
  • Writing copy for use in ads, on websites, social media posts & in print materials
  • Developing the optimal strategy and media investment mix within the broader marketing strategy while providing maximum ROI.
  • Manage design projects from end-to-end including consulting, researching, developing, designing, working with digital vendors, archiving files and managing digital site changes and content update requests.
  • Producing screen grabs & reports to monitor performance and suggest corrective tactical action with concrete analysis to support tactics
  • Coordinate with account executives, media strategists, agencies, newspapers, printers, suppliers and clients, ensuring accurate booking, processing and execution of advertising orders.
  • Ensure compliance with ALL company & client brand standards, filing processes, privacy, social media & other policies
  • Continuously identify opportunities to create additional value, proactive with ideas and creative solutions for our clients & our company’s growth.

Key Strengths

  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns and affiliate relationships
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing landscape and proven track record of driving performance of digital marketing strategies, including social media and PPC
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding and experience of all areas of marketing in addition to digital marketing
  • Proven experience in analyzing performance using Google Analytics and other data sources.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in fast pace environment.
  • Solid experience & skills in customer service * Solid communication & graphic design skills
  • Detail oriented and proactive, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Key Assets

  • Preferred 3 years experience in an agency or marketing/design position
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, graphic design, advertising, communications or public relations
  • SEO skills & experience
  • Video creation & editing skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Design Programs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress and Flash.
  • Has life experience as well as creative experience
  • Experience with Omniture / Site Catalyst / Google Analytics an asset.
