Customer Service Representative

papa johns pizza is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is located in our papa johns pizza office.

The Customer Service Representative will:
Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers

• Answer inbound calls and address concerns or questions for the appropriate manager
• Process orders, prepare sales receipts, and complete invoices
• Follow up on orders and shipments to ensure proper processing and delivery
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, special orders, and delivery status
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage customer accounts in a cost-effective manner
• Process sales returns, exchanges, and refunds in a professional manner
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents when necessary
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers!

Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or communications is preferred. (Not required)
·Previous experience in a customer service role is required. (Preferred)
·Strong phone presence with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. (Required)
·Ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail. (Required)
·Ability to work effectively as part of a team. (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Salary: From $15.50 per hour
