Standard Customer Service Role

- Checking in customers to their tee times, cashing out customers at the end of their time

- Answer incoming calls to book tee times or answer questions

- Assist customers in setting up the GOLFZON simulator

- Point of sales software operation and reconciliation

- giving excellent customer service by serving drinks/snacks and answering any questions they may have

- opening and closing duties including cleaning, closing the till, locking the building

-covid protocols

- any other tasks asked by managers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00 per hour
