Meet Our Team:

Introhive is currently seeking a Controller to join our accounting and finance team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be involved in overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, annual audits and reviews, corporate and sales taxes, cash management, and will assist in developing processes, controls and reporting as the company continues its incredible growth.

What to Expect:

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing coaching and leadership to the finance team. The role will also involve financial reporting to stakeholders, and an opportunity to be involved in a variety of other tasks across the department in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: *

• High proficiency with accounting standards and guidelines
• Key skills required include diligence, an analytical mindset, and organization/time-management skills
• Experience with managing and coaching a team
• Team player with a positive attitude; must be able to thrive in an autonomous position while also working effectively with cross-functional team members globally
• Natural problem solver with high attention to detail. Self-confident and proactive.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

Experience:

• CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a senior accounting or finance role
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting, revenue recognition, corporate taxes, external audits, and/or development of internal controls is a strong asset
