Job Description:

The Paint, Collision and Glass Communications Coordinator will support Paint, Collision and Glass communications for franchisees and corporate communications. The individual will report to the Director of Communications and work in close partnership with leadership team within the Paint, Collision and Glass Vertical.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage brand newsletters
    • Collect content, edit and distribute brand newsletters for paint, collision and glass brands
  • Develop and manage internal brand communications
    • Corporate announcements
    • Franchisee communications
    • Employee onboarding
  • Ensure consistency and integrity in all brands’ communications efforts
  • Drive franchisee engagement with internal communications
  • Organize and communicate with cross-functional (and cross-business unit) teams
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations to ensure all teams are aligned on strategy and delivery
  • Provide communications support for special projects
    • Content for lead generation initiatives
    • Event communications
    • Stakeholder communications
    • Blog content
    • Franchisee features
  • Measure and report on communications performance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience Base

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience working with (or within) agencies
  • Extensive written communications experience: able to create copy and content while writing, editing, publishing communications written for the audience in a very specific, intentional voice
  • Familiar and adept with communications & publishing structures that ensure engagement of audiences
  • Experienced in managing budgets, agencies, and outputs across written, live presentation, video and digital channels
  • Strongly preferred:
    • Worked in retail service environments
    • Public company experience
    • Background in Franchise or Multi-Unit (or Dealer, Distributor, Sales Agent, etc.) environments
